• If a franchise agreement is not executed (general inquiries and declined applications): Personal information will be retained for [two (2) years] from the date the consultation and review process is finalized. During this period, the information will be retained solely for the purposes of providing updates on future franchise opportunities and resolving any potential disputes, after which it will be permanently deleted.

• If a franchise agreement is executed: Personal information will be retained for the duration of the franchise agreement. Following the termination or expiration of the agreement, the information will be securely retained for the mandatory statutory retention periods prescribed by applicable U.S. federal and state laws regarding taxation, accounting, and contracts.
